This policy sets out the standards for acceptable use of AllStarsplus and the categories of content that are strictly prohibited. It applies to all users and content creators and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. General Standards
- All persons depicted in content must be at least 18 years of age.
- All content must be consensual and lawful, with documented consent from every person depicted.
- Content must comply with applicable laws and card-network standards.
2. Prohibited Content
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on the Website:
- Any content involving minors, or anyone appearing to be under 18 (provocative or non-provocative).
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
- Non-consensual sexual acts, or content depicting or implying force, coercion, or rape.
- Incest or content implying familial sexual relationships.
- Bestiality.
- Depiction of the exchange of money for sex, prostitution, or solicitation.
- Extreme violence, gore, flogging, self-mutilation, or physical abuse.
- Snuff or “fantasy snuff”, suffocation, chloroform, or asphyxiation.
- Kidnapping, abduction, or hypnosis during sexual activity.
- Sleeping or unconscious persons involved in sexual activity.
- Bodily excretions, urination (water sports), or vomiting.
- Voyeurism — photographing or recording a person without their consent.
- Drug references or alcohol-related non-consensual sexual acts.
- Cannibalism, autopsy photos, or crushing of live animals or insects.
- Racist, sacrilegious, or hateful content.
- Polygamy dating or related content.
- Collecting credit card information anywhere other than the secure payment processor form.
3. Enforcement
Content that violates this policy will be removed immediately, and the responsible account may be suspended or permanently terminated. Serious violations, including any involving minors or trafficking, will be reported to law enforcement and our financial partners, as described in our Anti-Human Trafficking & Content Compliance Policy.
4. Reporting
To report content that may violate this policy, please use our Complaints Policy or contact us via our Contact Us page. Persons depicted in content may request removal under our Content Removal & Takedown Policy.
