This policy explains how to cancel a subscription and how refunds are handled on AllStarsplus.
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription or recurring billing at any time. To cancel, please use one of the following options:

- Contact CCBill’s Consumer Support department at https://support.ccbill.com or by phone at 1-888-596-9279.
Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew and you will not be billed further.
2. Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by CCBill’s Consumer Support department. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact CCBill Consumer Support using the details above.
