Adult Content Model Release & 2257 Compliance Agreement

This legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) applies to every content provider who registers an account and/or uploads content to AllStarsplus, hereinafter referred to as the “Content Creator” or “you.”
This Agreement ensures compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and all applicable federal, state, international and United Kingdom laws governing adult content production and distribution.
Acceptance of this Agreement. By ticking the acknowledgement box during registration and by creating an account or uploading any content to AllStarsplus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, you must not register or upload content.
1. Age Verification & Consent
By accepting this Agreement, you confirm, warrant and agree that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- Every person depicted in the content you upload is at least 18 years of age.
- You have obtained and will retain written consent from every person depicted in the content, including consent to be depicted, consent to public distribution and upload of the content to AllStarsplus, and, where the content may be downloaded, consent to that download.
- You have verified the identity and age of every person depicted using valid, government-issued identification, and you will provide supporting documentation to the Company upon request.
- You agree to comply with the age-verification and record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
2. Truthfulness & Sworn Statement
By accepting this Agreement you certify that all information you provide is accurate, truthful and complete, and that all identification documents are valid, lawfully obtained and unaltered. You understand that any falsification may result in civil and/or criminal penalties, including under penalties of perjury (28 U.S.C. § 1746).
3. Ownership & Rights
- You retain full ownership of the content you create.
- AllStarsplus does not claim ownership of any content and acts solely as a hosting service.
4. Grant of Limited License
You grant AllStarsplus a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to host, distribute, and display your content solely for the purposes of fulfilling its services, subject to this Agreement. This license does not transfer ownership.
5. Compliance with Laws & Standards
- All content must comply with federal, state, international and United Kingdom laws governing adult content, and with applicable card network standards.
- You must not upload, share or distribute any content that is illegal, non-consensual, or that depicts any person under 18 years of age. Prohibited content is set out in our Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content Policy.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dam London Media Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from:
- Breach of this Agreement.
- Any content uploaded, distributed, or monetized.
- Violations of intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
This indemnification extends to third-party claims, regulatory actions, and law enforcement investigations.
7. Force Majeure
Dam London Media Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.
8. DMCA & Copyright Compliance
AllStarsplus complies with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) and follows a Notice-and-Takedown Procedure, described in full in our DMCA / Copyright Policy:
- Filing a DMCA Complaint — Email allstarsplus81@gmail.com with a signed notice. Include the copyrighted work’s location and proof of ownership.
- Content Removal & Review — Content is removed within 24 hours upon receiving a valid notice.
- Counter-Notification Process — Users have 10 business days to respond before content is permanently removed.
- Repeat Infringer Policy — Users with three (3) or more violations will be permanently banned.
9. Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals
Complaints about content may be submitted by email to allstarsplus81@gmail.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 7 business days, and you may appeal a decision within 30 days. Any person depicted in content may request its removal and appeal in accordance with our Content Removal & Takedown Policy and Complaints Policy. Where a disagreement arises regarding an appeal, it may be resolved by a neutral body at the merchant's expense.

10.2 United Kingdom & European Union
- UK GDPR & the Data Protection Act 2018 – Data Protection & Privacy.
- GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) – Data Protection & Privacy.
- EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065) – Platform Accountability.
10.3 Global
- Berne Convention for Copyright (1886) – International Copyright Protections.
- WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT) – Digital Copyright Enforcement.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
- All disputes will be resolved through final and binding arbitration held in London, United Kingdom.
- To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to file class-action lawsuits against Dam London Media Ltd. Nothing in this clause limits any right of a person depicted in content to have an appeal resolved by a neutral body at the merchant's expense.
