1. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on the Website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice by email to allstarsplus81@gmail.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and its exact location (URL) on the Website.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
2. Content Removal & Review
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 24 hours.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to allstarsplus81@gmail.com. You have 10 business days to respond with a counter-notification before the content is permanently removed. A valid counter-notification must include your signature, identification of the removed content and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts of users or content creators who receive three (3) or more valid infringement notices will be permanently terminated.
